Today
is the anniversary of D day, a day when thousands of Allied and German lives
were lost in an invasion that helped to hasten the end of World War II.
Today, over 70 years later, lives are still being lost in the effort to bring
peace to our world. It doesn't seem as if that will happen soon-at least
until nations and those running them put aside their differences for the good
of all human beings.
Take time today to
find a moment in which you can find peace within yourself and hopefully spread
a little bit to those around you. That is what Jesus wants for each of
us. God bless each of you and bring you peace.
